FRC offers return-to-work resources and supports for families welcoming a new child following a birth or adoption.

Child Care Pathways

Child Care Pathways is a new consultative service offered to assist employee parents and supervisors in planning for family leave, early bonding, dependent care, and return-to-work needs. BABy@OSU creatively engages existing university and employee assets to find individualized solutions for a positive return-to-work transition. It leverages OSU assets like campus child care options, lactation resources, flexible work arrangements, and child care assistance funds alongside employee assets, such as the newly-launched Paid Leave Oregon, OSU employee leave options, and personal and/or community-based supports. 
 

Employees and supervisors planning for the return-to-work following an employee's bonding leave can request a consultation by contacting Cari Maes, [email protected] or 541-737-4906.

We also welcome requests for unit-level presentations.
