The Family Resource Center Advisory Board (FRCAB) works to ensure that OSU students who are parents have full access to all of the resources and opportunities offered by the university. To this end, we work to identify and remove barriers to student parents' academic opportunities and achievements.

The board works in partnership with the Family Resource Center staff to identify and help develop programs and supports for students with children.  FRCAB also advises the university on various matters that affect parents on campus and other families with dependent care needs; advocates for increased family-friendliness across campus, and consults with FRC staff regarding the delivery of high quality early care and education in our campus child care centers.

The board is composed of students, staff and faculty. We meet monthly during the academic year. If you are interested in joining the board or attending an upcoming meeting, please email [email protected] for more information.
