The Family Resource Center has put together a Pre-Arrival Guide for Parents to inform International Students coming to OSU with their families of what to expect and resources available to them once they get here.
INTO has many resources essential to international students. As a haven for students around the world, the INTO OSU Center has ample space devoted to studying and socializing. Their welcome desk is happy to help you with any questions you might have and refer you to the appropriate people/place.

International Programs has advisors to help international students with their visa status, scholarships, admissions, I-20’s, orientation and so much more. They offer support for sponsored students, international scholars, and their spouses.
International Mom's Group
IMG provides opportunities for international mothers to learn and discuss parenting topics, maternal-child health issues, early childhood development, healthy relationships, cultures and customs, as well as practice English, build community, and support each other. Free child care is provided during meetings for children under 5 years old.

The International Student Support Program provides immediate and confidential support, 24/7
Studying in another country can be a wonderful and exciting life experience. But it can also be a time of tremendous stress and isolation as you learn to navigate a new culture, language and campus. The International Student Support Program (ISSP) is a support service available to international students that can help them with challenges faced when studying abroad. You can contact the ISSP anytime – day or night – to speak with a Student Support Advisor who has experience supporting the unique challenges international students face.
Corvallis Multicultural Literacy Center
Corvallis Multicultural Literacy Center (CMLC) offers many free resources to be used at the center and some for checking out such as English as a Second Language books and workbooks for reading, writing, grammar, etc. They also host many diverse programs, projects and events like conversation partners, language tutoring, referrals to many other community resources, and various cultural events.
